Robyn Payne

Robyn brings over 30 years of experience in the health, fitness, and performing arts industries to the Swan Hill Aquatic and Recreation Centre. With a background as a professional dancer, teacher, and studio owner, she offers a unique, movement focused approach to personal training that goes beyond traditional gym programs.

Robyn’s industry experience is extensive. She was selected for the Les Mills TAP Team (Trainers and Presenters), where she trained and assessed instructors worldwide, and was a featured presenter at FILEX in Melbourne for four consecutive years. As a qualified performing arts secondary teacher, Robyn has worked with people across all life stages giving her a deep understanding of movement patterns, injury prevention, and safe progression.

Robyn’s approach centres on building strong, balanced, and resilient bodies through precise, technique-driven training. She focuses on improving movement quality, posture, and alignment while developing long, lean muscle and functional strength. With a strong emphasis on injury prevention and rehabilitation, Robyn tailors each session to support both performance and everyday movement, helping clients move with confidence and longevity.
