Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability while making you smile! Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

  • RPM
45 minutes | All fitness levels

High-energy class that involves stationary cycling on specially designed bikes in a group setting. These classes offer cardiovascular benefits, lower-impact exercise, leg strength and endurance, and a full-body workout. They provide a motivating and supportive environment, often accompanied by music, for participants of all levels.

  • LesMills Sprint
30 minutes | All fitness levels

A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.

  • Functional
Connect 30 – 30 minutes | medium-high intensity

Experience a high-intensity session that combines cardio, strength, and functional movements that will challenge your body and ignite your metabolism.

  • Aqua Aerobics
45 – 60 minutes | All fitness levels

Aqua is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.

  • Reformer Pilates
45 minutes | All fitness levels

Workouts that provide resistance and support for a wide range of exercises. It enhances core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning while promoting proper alignment and body awareness.

  • BODYPUMP™

A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.

  • DANCE™

It’s simple, just dance. This is a high-energy exploration of different dance styles. You learn new ways to move, get a seriously good cardio workout – and finish feeling energised, uplifted and full of joy.

  • TONE™

A full-body, multi-training workout blending cardio, strength and core. It’s the ultimate way to boost strength and aerobic fitness while increasing coordination, agility, balance, and explosive power.

  • BODYBALANCE™

A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

  • Mat Pilates
30mins – 45 minutes | low – medium intensity

Is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.
